I was sleepy this morning when The Boy came to wake me up. He’s been letting me sleep a bit later because I’ve been rather tired this week. Today it was nice to get the extra hour of sleep. Yes, it means less time for the gym, but I would rather listen to my body and sleep than push myself at the gym and wear myself out.
Breakfast this morning was a simple bowl of banana oats topped with a blob of crunchy almond butter with a cup of frothy coffee alongside.
It was delicious and filling, and was followed by some play time with the cats before I headed to work for a busy day that flew by. It was chilly when I got in my car this evening, and as I made my way home, I debated on what I wanted for dinner.
The Boy had gone out this evening and wasn’t hungry when I called, so after some debate, I decided that I wanted to stop at Moe’s for a couple of tacos – I was hangry!
I ordered my tacos with tofu, black beans, lettuce, and guacamole, getting them to go. I added some salsa when I got home and chowed down.
My tacos were delicious and full of different textures and flavors. I had them with a few tortilla chips with queso and left the table feeling satisfied.
I finished eating not long before the start of Grey’s Anatomy, and settled in to watch, getting sucked into the plot like I almost always do. My sister and I kept a running commentary throughout the episode by AIM, which we do during most episodes. Grey’s is one of a small handful of shows that I watch every week, with others including Mythbusters and Storm Chasers.
What shows, if any, do you watch on a regular basis?
