We’ve been living in our house for about one week now and I love it. We still have a bunch of boxes we need to unpack, but our main living areas are all set up. I love working in my kitchen – it’s huge, with so much counter space I have yet to run out of room while cooking.
We’re eager to see where we go with our house from here. We still need to set up the guest room and our third bedroom, but it’s coming along. We were excited this Wednesday night to get our Christmas tree set up. That, along with putting out pictures and other things, has helped our house start to feel even more and more like home.
This weekend we are going to be getting our cable installed and having some friends over for dinner one night. I am excited to spend time in the house this weekend with the cats and The Boy. Right now, though, it’s bedtime.
