Tonight, Enzo decided he wanted to be a lap cat. The Boy took this picture while Enzo was laying in my lap, asking to be petted. I was perfectly fine with this arrangement, as he was keeping my lap warm, and it’s not often the cats choose my lap for sitting in. Normally, they’re begging me to come play, which I am more than happy to oblige.
While Enzo was curled up in my lap, The Boy and I watched our latest Netflix DVD: “Boardwalk Empire.” We’re both loving this series and are eagerly awaiting the arrival of the next DVD. I am enjoying how developed the characters are, and how the characters’ backstories are being presented. The storyline is compelling and the end of every episode leaves me wanting more.
Now, we’re winding down our evening, and the cat has left my lap. I am working on a post for the wedding page about the term “Bridezilla,” as well as one about ring shopping, which is proving far harder than I thought it would.
Right now, though, I think I am going to have some cocoa and go to bed.
